POWERTRAIN:

Buyers of the Xpeng GX can choose between two powertrain layouts, including an EREV configuration built for long-distance flexibility. This version combines a 1.5T gasoline engine acting as a generator with dual electric motors, producing a total output of 210 kW (around 282 hp), while the engine itself contributes 110 kW. Paired with a substantial 63.3 kWh battery, the system delivers up to 430 km of pure-electric driving and an impressive 1,585 km combined range under CLTC standards.

For buyers seeking maximum performance, the fully electric BEV version of the Xpeng GX raises the bar considerably. It employs two 270 kW electric motors, combining for a formidable 724 horsepower. A larger 110 kWh battery supports the setup, delivering an impressive 750 km range based on CLTC testing standards.
