GPX Launches New “DX1” AT Scooter with Stylish Urban Design, Starting at 54,500 Baht
GPX has officially introduced the new DX1, a 125cc automatic (AT) scooter developed under the concept “Design My Identity #OurFreedom.” The model is designed to meet real-world daily riding needs while allowing riders to express their individuality through a distinctive and modern design.
The GPX DX1 focuses on practicality, offering an easy-to-ride, compact, and agile scooter that is well suited for congested city traffic and everyday commuting. Its styling combines urban street aesthetics with lifestyle functionality, making it an appealing choice for riders who want more than just basic transportation.
Founded over 18 years ago, GPX is a Thai motorcycle brand that has grown alongside Thai riders and continues to push forward with innovation and new challenges. With the launch of the DX1, the company aims to strengthen its presence in the competitive automatic scooter market.
The New GPX DX1 was officially unveiled online via the GPX Thailand Facebook fan page on February 12, 2026.
EXTERIOR
One of the scooter’s key highlights is its bold and unique exterior design, which blends modern urban styling with practical features for everyday convenience. The LED headlight system stands out with its distinctive shape and exceptional brightness, which the company claims to be among the brightest in its class.
The handlebar area features an exposed design paired with a digital LCD instrument display that clearly shows essential riding information such as speed, engine RPM, battery voltage, odometer, trip meter, and clock. An oil-change reminder indicator is also positioned above the display for added convenience.
POWERTRAIN
Powering the DX1 is a 124.8cc engine equipped with GPX-FI fuel injection technology, engineered to deliver smooth and efficient performance suitable for daily use.
Practicality is further enhanced with a 5-liter front-mounted pop-up fuel tank lid, allowing riders to refuel easily without opening the seat. A USB Type-C charging port is also included to support modern devices, along with a front storage compartment located beneath the ignition switch.
The scooter comes with a Smart Key remote system rated at IP67 water resistance. Riders only need to carry the remote within a 1.5-meter range to start the engine conveniently. The remote also includes a built-in backup key for situations when the battery runs out.
Under-seat storage offers a 20-liter capacity, large enough to accommodate one open-face helmet along with additional everyday items.
For safety and comfort, the DX1 is equipped with a parking brake lever for secure stopping on slopes, a Combined Brake System (CBS) for confident braking performance, and a rear suspension with a single shock absorber featuring 5-level preload adjustment.
With its combination of stylish design, practical features, and accessible pricing starting at 54,500 baht, the GPX DX1 positions itself as an attractive new option for urban riders seeking both personality and everyday usability.
