GPX Launches New “DX1” AT Scooter with Stylish Urban Design, Starting at 54,500 Baht
The GPX DX1 places a strong emphasis on practicality, offering a compact, agile, and easy-to-ride package that is well suited to dense urban traffic and daily commuting. Its design blends urban-inspired styling with functional lifestyle elements, making it an attractive option for riders seeking more than simple point-to-point transportation.
Founded more than 18 years ago, GPX has grown alongside Thailand’s motorcycle community while continuing to pursue innovation and new challenges. Through the introduction of the GPX DX1, the company aims to reinforce its position in the increasingly competitive automatic scooter segment.
GPX officially introduced the new GPX DX1 through an online reveal streamed via its GPX Thailand Facebook fan page on February 12, 2026.
EXTERIOR
A major attraction of the GPX DX1 is its eye-catching exterior styling, blending modern urban character with practical touches designed for daily convenience. The standout LED lighting system features a distinctive shape and strong illumination, with GPX claiming it delivers some of the brightest headlight performance in its class.
The GPX DX1 continues its modern approach around the cockpit area, where an exposed handlebar design is paired with a digital LCD display. Riders are provided with clear access to essential information such as speed, engine RPM, battery voltage, odometer, trip data, and time display. A conveniently placed oil-change reminder indicator above the screen further enhances day-to-day usability.
POWERTRAIN
At the heart of the GPX DX1 is a 124.8cc engine featuring GPX-FI fuel injection technology, designed to deliver a balance of smooth power delivery and fuel efficiency tailored to the demands of daily commuting.
The GPX DX1 places a strong emphasis on everyday convenience. A 5-liter front-mounted pop-up fuel filler allows quick refueling without the need to open the seat, while a USB Type-C charging port keeps smartphones and other devices powered on the move. Additional practicality comes from a front storage compartment neatly positioned below the ignition switch.
The GPX DX1 is equipped with a Smart Key remote system featuring an IP67 water-resistance rating. Riders can start the engine conveniently by carrying the remote within a range of approximately 1.5 meters. The remote also incorporates a built-in backup key for use in the event of battery depletion.
Practicality continues with the GPX DX1’s 20-liter under-seat storage area, which is spacious enough to fit an open-face helmet while still leaving room for daily essentials and personal items.
The GPX DX1 also focuses on rider confidence and comfort with a range of practical features. A parking brake lever provides extra security when stopping on slopes, while the Combined Brake System (CBS) enhances braking assurance. At the rear, a single shock absorber with five-stage preload adjustment allows riders to fine-tune suspension behavior for different loads and riding preferences.
With its blend of stylish design, practical equipment, and an accessible starting price of 54,500 baht, the GPX DX1 presents itself as an appealing option for urban riders looking for both individuality and everyday practicality.
